Pure Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act Regulates preparation, processing, sanitary standards, labeling, and additives in foods.
Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act Regulates dealer infruits and vegetables engaged in interstate commerce.
Agricultural Marketing Act Regulates inspection and grading of all processed foods and fresh foods other than meat and poultry
Federal Meat Inspection Act Regulates inspection and grading of all meats and establishment of standards of identity.
Poultry Products Inspection Act Regulates inspection of fresh, frozen, canned, and ready-to-cook poultry
Egg Products Inspection Act Regulates all egg products and maintains continuous inspection procedures.
