Refrigerator Temperature Monitoring Schedule (HACCP)



Procedure: Read and record temperature from this box 3 times daily. 5 AM, 2 PM, 8 PM

Temp should be 36 - 40 Degrees F.

If temperature is above 40 Degrees F. at anytime, notify your immediate supervisor or the supervisor in charge. If a supervisor is not present, notify the building engineer or have nursing page both the Dietary Manager and Building Engineer if they are not present in the facility.
