Danger Zone 40 F - 140 F

Super Growth Zone 70 F - 120 F

Microwave Cooking Add 25 F and 2 minutes standing time

Eggs, Fish, and PHF 145 F minimum cooking temperature, except rare whole muscle roast beef.

Whole Muscle Beef 130 F for whole muscle roast beef, cooked to temp. within 121 minutes.

Pork 150 F

Ground Meats 155 F

Poultry, Stuffed Meats 165 F

Convenience foods 165 F

Leftovers 165 F
