ServSafe ® Serving Safe Food Certification Coursebook...

A Practical Approach to Food Safety.

Written by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association, 1995.

Text and examination are provided as a part of the class fee.




ServeSafe Certificate




Certificate and class completion is gained by completing a duly proctored ServeSafe Examination with a score of 75% or Higher.

The exam is 80 multiple choice questions answered on a scantron form. This exam is graded by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association and grades are given with the completion certificate for this class.

If your country or state requires a reciprocity application for licensing in Food Service, please advise on your application for admission to the class so reciprocity agreements can be obtained from your individual jurisdiction. Reciprocity certificates will be forwarded to these licensing agencies upon successful completion of this class.

National Certification Examination CPFM




Certification and class completion is gained by completing a duly proctored National Certification Examination with a score of 70% or Higher.

The exam is 90 multiple choice questions answered on a scantron form. This exam is graded by the National Assessment Institute and grades are given with the completion certificate for this class.

If your country or state requires a reciprocity application for licensing in Food Service, please advise on your application for admission to the class so reciprocity agreements can be obtained from your individual jurisdiction.
