Evaluation of the control and monitor....


IS IT WORKING?


Each time you check the kitchen and monitors, you evaluate the effectiveness of the monitor and the control process.

Do employees consistently record the temperatures?

Do employees actually read the temperatures?

Do employees make notifications when necessary?

Have there been any losses due to unnoticed equipment failure?

If any answers to these questions are NO, then

revise the monitor,

revise the control procedures,

retrain your employees, etc.

VERIFY PLAN IS WORKING....

Prepare and inspection report that verifies the plan is working

Remember.... Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate, Correct, Verification of Plan.........
